On June 11, a training ,,Relevant techniques for giving and receiving feedback“ was held for students of the Georgian International University GIU.
The training was conducted by Ms. Nino Gogokhia – Assistant Professor at the Georgian International University, a specialist in personal and organizational development.
At the meeting, the speaker spoke on topics such as:
- How to provide feedback constructively, empathetically and effectively;
- How to receive feedback without a defensive position and turn it into an impetus for development;
The event was held with the support of the ,,Buddy“ program team.
The session was conducted in an interactive format.
