On July 27–28, 2026, the Professional Development Center of the Georgian International University GIU organized a training program entitled  ,,Generative Artificial Intelligence for Organizational Effectiveness”  for the University’s academic and administrative staff.

The training was delivered by invited professor Mr. Zaza Tsotniashvili, Doctor of Social Sciences, trainer and consultant for businesses and public sector organizations in the field of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI).

The training covered a range of important topics, including:

  • Modern generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and others);
  • The fundamental principles of Prompt Engineering;
  • Practical applications of AI for creating presentations, documents, CVs, and websites;
  • Automation of work processes using tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, social media management platforms, and other digital solutions.

Throughout the training, participants expanded their knowledge of modern artificial intelligence tools, gained practical experience, and developed the skills necessary to use AI effectively in their daily professional activities.

At the conclusion of the two-day training, each participant was awarded a certificate of completion.
