On May 30, 2025, an international student conference titled “Innovation, Law, and Societal Transformation” was held at Georgian International University (GIU). The conference was opened by the Rector of GIU, Professor Eliso Elishashvili, who addressed the participants from the People’s Republic of China.
Distinguished international speakers delivered keynote speeches during the opening session of the conference:
- Professor José Gabriel Cordoba (Netherlands and Belgium),
- Associate Professor Sezai Caglayan (Turkey and the United Kingdom),
- Professor Dr. Sharad Kumar (India).
Each thematic session of the conference was moderated by experts in the respective fields:
- Business and Management – Professor Dr. Sofiko Tevdoradze,
- Law – Associate Professor Dr. Tatia Dolidze,
- International Relations and EU Politics – Assistant Professor Akaki Beridze,
- Social Sciences and Technologies – Associate Professor Dr. Grigol Kalandadze.
At the end of the sessions, moderators summarized the participants’ contributions and the key outcomes of the conference. All participants were awarded certificates of participation.
