Georgian International University GIU announces a competition for the students of the School of Business, Technology, and Social Sciences. The competition is open to students enrolled in the following academic programs:

1. Georgian-language Bachelor and Master’s programs in Business Administration;

2. Bachelor’s program in Journalism;

3. Master’s program in Mass Communications.

The selected students will participate in an international mobility program at INTI International University (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia).

Important note: Students selected for the exchange program will have their tuition fee and accommodation fully funded. There are 5 slots allocated for GIU’s students in the frames of the above-mentioned exchange program

The competition will be held in three stages:

Stage I: Submission and selection of application documents (March 25 – April 3)

Stage II: English language test and/or interview (April 6; the passing threshold is 15 points out of maximum 30 points)

Stage III: Presentation on a selected topic (April 8; the passing threshold is 8 points out of maximum 15 points))

Applicants wishing to participate in the exchange program must submit the following documents:

  • Application form for participation in the exchange program
  • Copies of diplomas
  • Relevant certificate from the university
  • Motivation letter (in Georgian and English)
  • Proof of English language proficiency at B2 level (if unavailable, proficiency may be assessed through a university test and/or interview in English)
  • CV (in Georgian and English)
  • 1 or 2 recommendation letters (issued by the dean of the relevant school, program director, or another person familiar with the applicant’s academic/pedagogical work)
  • Other documents confirming skills and achievements that may be relevant for selection, considering the specifics of the competition (e.g., participation in conferences, trainings, masterclasses, and other activities)
