Lectures were given to students within the framework of “operations management”, “project management” and “quality management” training courses.
As part of the external lecture, the students visited the back office, the working services in the back office (tenders, orders, pricing, suppliers, operational side, sales), got aware of the current business processes, the company’s key performance indicators (KPI), how the reporting system works, analytics and planning (human capital, ratios, working capital, market share).
In the end, an interesting discussion was held on implemented and ongoing projects.
Students received comprehensive answers to the questions they were interested in.
