Today, Georgian International University hosted a regular meeting of the Authorization Working Group, focused on reviewing progress and enhancing institutional quality assurance mechanisms.

The meeting was led by the university’s Rector, Ms. Eli Elisashvili, who summarized the group’s activities, outlining key achievements and highlighting current challenges in the authorization preparation process.

Key speakers included:

  • Ms. Selina Lee, Vice-Rector for International Relations and Recruitment of Foreign Students, who presented current strategies and future goals in attracting international students;
  • Ms. Mariam Darbaidze, Vice-Rector for Quality Assurance, who shared updates on ongoing quality improvement initiatives and institutional self-evaluation practices.

The meeting was conducted in an interactive format, encouraging open discussion, exchange of ideas, and active participation from various university departments.
