On May 28, 2025, Associate Professor, Dr. Grigol Kalandadze, Head of the International Relations Office of the Georgian International University (GIU), and Mr. Mate Tsulaia, Head of the Center for Students, Alumni and Career Development, held the first working meeting with the students participating in the “Buddy” program.
During the meeting, representatives of the GIU administration introduced students to the principles of working and the action plan of the university club established within the framework of the “Buddy” program. The discussion emphasized the crucial role of “Buddy” program participants in supporting the integration of international students into GIU’s academic and student life.
The final part of the meeting was conducted in a Q&A format. Mr. Grigol Kalandadze and Mr. Mate Tsulaia thanked the students for their willingness to participate in the program and wished them success in implementing future activities of the club and the program.
