Forum ,,The Inspiring Lecture” - GIU

On March 4, the forum ,,The Inspiring Lecture”  was held at Georgian International University GIU. The event was dedicated to sharing best practices in teaching and learning.

The aim of the forum was to identify successful teaching practices implemented at GIU, share these practices, and strengthen them at the institutional level.

During the forum, several important issues were discussed, including:

  •   which teaching methods have proven to be the most effective in practice;
  •   how these methods can be adapted to different educational programs;
  •   how a quality-oriented and inspiring learning environment is created at GIU.

The event brought together the university’s academic, invited, and administrative staff, as well as students.

The following speakers delivered presentations at the forum:

  •   Nino Bakradze – Assistant Professor
  •   Levan Meskhuradze – Associate Professor
  •   Inna Shanava – Associate Professor
  •   Irakli Arabidze – Assistant Professor

The meeting was conducted in an interactive format. Participants actively discussed modern teaching and learning methods, shared their experiences with one another, and reviewed practical examples.

At the end of the event, bilingual certificates were awarded to the speakers and participants.

This initiative represents an important part of the university’s long-term quality development process, and similar educational and professional events are planned to be organized in the future.
