GIU Annual International Scientific Conference 2025
The thematic areas and panels of the conference are as follows:
- Ethics and Artificial Intelligence;
- Personal Data Protection and the Advancement of Modern Technologies;
- National and International Security;
- Digital Entrepreneurship and Innovative Management;
- Artificial Intelligence and Mental Health.
Participation in the conference is open to professors, academic staff, and doctoral candidates from higher educational institutions of Georgia, as well as recognized experts in relevant fields and academic personnel from international universities.
Application deadline: June 15, 2025
Working languages: Georgian and English
Format: Offline / Online / Hybrid
Conference date and time: June 19, 2025, at 14:00
Venue: Georgian International University, 5 Samghereti Street, Tbilisi 0101, Georgia.
Participants will be awarded bilingual certificates.

The Organizing Committee will select the submitted presentations.
Please note that presenters must submit both the full paper and an abstract no later than June 15, 2025.
Submission requirements:
- a) Presentation title and a brief abstract (a short description of the relevance of the topic) in Georgian and/or English, not exceeding 2 pages in length;
- b) Full paper length must be no less than 7 pages and no more than 10 pages.
Formatting guidelines:
- Georgian-language papers must be prepared using Sylfaen font, size 12;
- English-language papers must be prepared using Times New Roman font, size 12;
- Footnotes must be in the same fonts, size 10;
- Line spacing must be single;
- Citation style: Chicago Style.
