On May 18 and 19, a festival dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of Ivane Javakhishvili was held at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
Representing Georgian International University GIU at the festival was GIU Professor Marine Vekua, Head of the educational programs in ,,Journalism” and ,,Mass Communication”. At the festival, she presented the books authored by her.
The festival showcased books published over the past five years, and participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the latest scientific and educational publications. They also attended book presentations, met with authors, and took part in thematic discussions.
