On May 1, students of the Business Administration Bachelor’s Program of the School of Business, Social and Human Sciences of the Georgian International University GIU, as part of the “Audit” course, visited the Customs Department of the Revenue Service’s clearance economic zone “Tbilisi” in the format of a field lecture.
In order to familiarize themselves with and observe customs procedures, the Customs Department employees offered the students a short excursion and a presentation about the department’s activities.
In addition, the students participated in a simulated clearance process and were thoroughly familiarized with the preparation of documentation and relevant procedures.
