From 22 to 26 June 2026, two students of Georgian International University GIU — Ms. Mari Lomaia (BA Program in Law) and Ms. Sopo Jamagidze (BA Program in Sinology) — participated in an engaging workshop entitled “Burnout Prevention, Risk and Crisis Management in Higher Education and Economic Practice.”

The workshop was organized by GIU’s partner institution, Bratislava University of Economics and Management (Slovak Republic). The students participated in this one-week international event with full Erasmus+ funding.

The workshop programme featured a wide range of dynamic and interactive activities. GIU students met peers from various European countries and attended insightful seminars and workshops on project drafting, project management, inclusive communication, artificial intelligence, and digital tools.

The workshop contributed to strengthening youth engagement and fostering civic-mindedness among GIU students, while also enhancing their intercultural communication, teamwork, and professional competencies in an international academic environment.
