On April 20, 2025, the Georgian International University GIU held a training “Modern HR and Company Development” for academic staff.
The training covered topics such as:
– Human Resource Management Policy and HR Innovations;
– How to Turn Modern HR Challenges into Opportunities?
– Why is the HR Sector Important for a Company?
– How to Improve the HR System and Develop Companies?
– Organizational Culture and Company Development.
The training was led by International Education Training Centre TLS Lali Balakhadze and Nini Bakradze.
