Georgia International University (GIU) campus is a 5-minute walk from Gardenia Shevardnadze Café, a 15-minute walk from Gino Paradise Aquapark, and a 20-minute walk from Tbilisi Sea.
You can reach the university campus from Tbilisi’s main metro station square (from the side of Tsotne Dadiani Street) by public minibuses: 437 and 448.

GIU Interest Clubs
At Georgia International University, student clubs are designed to focus on specific interests, hobbies, and fields of study. These clubs provide a platform for students to connect, engage in activities related to their shared interests, and foster a vibrant university environment.
To establish a new interest club, at least three students must share a common interest.
Currently, the university hosts various student clubs, including: Student Scientific Club, Club “Reporter”, Mental Mosaic Club And more!

In addition to academic events, Georgia International University (GIU) actively promotes a healthy lifestyle among students. Based on their sports interests, the university successfully operates various sports teams. Since its founding, GIU has had football, rugby, and basketball teams. Currently, the basketball and volleyball teams are active.
Promoting a healthy lifestyle is an integral part of student life at GIU. Students regularly participate in university sports events organized by the University Sports Federation.
As part of GIU’s international investor Kang Zheng’s large-scale transformational plan, a new, state-of-the-art sports complex will soon be built on campus.
