On May 28, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Georgian International University GIU and ,,Tour Operator Compa”.
The memorandum aims to strengthen cooperation in order to enhance students’ practical skills, support their professional development, and promote internships, practical training opportunities, and employment.
As part of the partnership, a masterclass titled ,,The Secrets of a Tour Operator” was organized for students of the Tourism Program.
During the masterclass, students received valuable insights into key topics, including:
- Creating a tourism package;
- Methods and principles of developing a tourism product;
- Customer relationship management strategies;
- How sales processes work and what determines success in the tourism industry.
The masterclass was led by Elene Kiknadze, Director of ,,Tour Operator Compa”.
The session was conducted in an engaging and interactive format, providing students with practical knowledge and industry-oriented experience.
